Carolina Floors, Inc. placed over 500,000 square feet of floor space in this warehouse for the BMW facility in Greer, SC. Over 100,000 square feet of slab on grade floor space contained light reflective hardener material that was applied at a rate of 1.5 lbs per square foot, requiring the use of two material spreaders to adequately apply the correct amount of hardener. Laser screeding the slab on grade was required due to floor slab flatness and levelness requirements.
